Rainy training day

I spent 20 miles running in the rain today.  It reminded me of the 2012 Florida Keys 100 race and it rained 9.5 hours! I has blisters everywhere!

What did I learn today?  Get a new raincoat, take more fuel (my body needs about 50 grams of carbs per hour) and bring a pair of dry socks and dry shoes!

Always something to learn during your long endurance runs!  Five weeks until the race!  I cannot wait!
