Tuesday workout…..

I worked eight hours then off to the gym!!!!  I did a speed workout for 60 minutes and weights for 1.5 hours then home to a good healthy meal!!!  Fueling is extremely important.  To bed no later than ten! “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”  2 Corinthians 5:7
