3.5 hours of running yesterday and it felt great. Then to the gym to lift weights and ending the 6 hour workout with a swim.
I get asked all the time if I am sore. I am always sore, but in a good way. I feel my muscles breaking down and rebuilding. It beats breaking down and wilting away! You have to work extra hard when you are an aged athlete.
You’re working to maintain, build, and prevent. I’m not complaining….thrilled is how I feel. Who says you can’t do it????? You can!!!!!!
