Exercising and Attitude

Attitude is a state of the mind.  It is how you think about what you are doing.  It has a powerful influence on behavior.

The emotional part is how does exercise make you feel?  It empowers me and makes  me feel so strong.  It calms my mind and takes all the worries away.  My thoughts and beliefs are strong with working out.  It must be a part of your daily routine as is eating and nourishing the body.  I believe it is like praying.  It brings you back to who you are.  It gives your body a feeling of, “Being Alive”.

I feel I need to take care of my body in all aspects.  It makes growing old so much more eloquent. You must believe you can do it before you can.

I refuse to stay the same everyday.  I will grow stronger in strength and spirit.
