Pain and Suffering

I believe a good runner who finishes his race no matter what the circumstance has got the race mind set needed for racing.

Back to Running…

I went out for 15 miles this morning.  It was 87 degrees, humidity 67% and very hot.

I like to think every morning when I wake up that I have a “mission” to accomplish.

A special, “Thank you” to all who have supported my running!

I had learned to surf at a surfing camp in Costa Rica four years ago.

When I started exercising as a young child, I was instructed to look at myself in the mirror and critique my form.

I believe that learning to press on you must start each day and end each day with a prayer of gratitude.
