I have given up plenty to continue my training.  Weekends off are full of workouts.  Life plays a role in what you sacrifice for your growth.  It is breaking down and building up that continues.

We must grow spiritually while we are here and it is the hardships that give us the most education.  Having faith in  knowing that all pain is given to those who can spiritually withstand it.  It is there for you to grow.

Take it with pride and know your journey is filled with joy at the end.

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
